Delivery & Returns Policy
Delivery Charge is €6 within the 26 counties.
We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your item, we can offer you an exchange or refund within 14 working days from the date of purchase.
Your return must be accompanied with the receipt and item must have the tags attached. They must also be unused or unworn and in the original packaging. Footwear must be returned in its original box . Refunds on swimwear will only be processed if the hygiene strip is still in place. Please note that it is company policy to return items to the customer if we have reason to believe that the product has been used or worn.
In the event of an exchange, subject to stock availability we will do our best to exchange the item. If this is not possible, we will make contact with you offering an alternative or otherwise processing your refund.
A refund will only be offered on the item returned – the refund will not include postage costs incurred by the customer.
Our returns policy is the same for purchases made either online or in store.
